How to make a scroll cast (part 3)

Start from the bottom and the volute corners.
Sharon is using a small wooden stick to make sure the RTV is well applied.
The back of the volute is tricky to get right. Sharon is applying RTV with the funnel as it sticks to the surface. This rather then expeting the poured solution to perfectly fill these surfaces.
More work now, less work correcting a poor cast.
I used a scale to measure and mix RTV parts.
Leave for 12 hours.
Now it is time to flip the mold and work on the other side. Resist not to open the upper mold.
